We’ve partnered with MOBA for well over a year now, and thought it would be a pretty great idea to come together and work as a single team. Conveniently for us, MOBA also thought it was a pretty great idea and were able to make it happen.
MOBA brings with them years of experience in mobile development with clients ranging from Brighton Center to OstermanCron. And while we’ve always had mobile development capabilities at Oodle, the addition of MOBA Interactive gives us a bit more muscle to flex when tackling the next big idea a client brings our way.

Growing Digital Marketing Firm Expands Again

Cincinnati, OH – November 9, 2015 – Oodle, a Cincinnati-based marketing agency, has acquired MOBA Interactive Inc., a creative new media studio located in Burlington, KY specializing in website design & development, iPhone & iPad (iOS) application development and custom smartphone application development. This acquisition marks the second acquisition in 2015 for Oodle, the first being Razorlight Media in April.
Along with MOBA, Oodle has also added Jason Bayer, MOBA Interactive’s co-founder and President, and Carmin Moutinho,Vice President and Chief Technologist of MOBA. Together, the duo brings brings over 35 years of industry experience in the digital space to the Oodle team.
Before joining forces through the acquisition, the two companies consistently shared an overlap in clientele. Oodle founders and partners Ryan Hughes, Mark Hughes and Jon Rhoads seized an opportunity to add a vital component to their agency in acquiring MOBA Interactive.
