Mark Hughes, a co-founder of Oodle, became an entrepreneur at age 12. He teamed up with a buddy who is now one of his business partners at Oodle, chief innovation officer Jon Rhoads.

In August, the digital marketing company, which reported having 480 percent growth in sales revenue over the past three years, broke into the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies for the first time, at No. 856.

In 2015, Oodle acquired mobile app development company Moba Interactive. Partner Ryan Hughes says looking forward, the team is paying special attention to new technologies that “no one really knows what to do with yet."
